Inbox triage with AI: reclaim your morning
The inbox is the tax you pay before real work starts. An AI coworker can sort, route, and draft — you just approve.
Most people spend the first hour of the day in their inbox before doing anything that matters.
What an AI coworker does with it
- Sorts — surfaces what's urgent and says what can wait.
- Routes — points out what belongs to someone else, and can draft the hand-off.
- Drafts — writes replies to the messages that need one, in your tone.
Then it stops and shows you the drafts. You skim, approve, and you're done — the hour is yours again.
The one rule
Connections begin read-only, and triage stays read-only until you approve a reply. Your workspace policy decides the rest: require approval for every action, require it for anything that leaves the building, or let ordinary actions run in apps you chose. High-risk and policy-blocked actions stop either way. That's what makes it safe to run every morning, or on a schedule before you even sit down.
